Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our services and how we work.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

That’s completely okay  many of our clients feel the same way. We offer a free 20-minute consultation where we’ll listen to what you’re going through, answer your questions, and help you find the right support. There’s no pressure and no obligation.

All sessions are completely confidential within organisational guidelines and professional boundaries. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we adhere to strict ethical guidelines to protect your information.

Therapy addresses emotional and psychological difficulties with a skilled practitioner. Coaching is focused on personal development, goal setting, and growth. Our men’s coaching service is a non-therapy service designed to support direction, discipline, and development.

Our approach is faith-aware but always client-led. If faith or cultural considerations are important to you, we can integrate them into your support. If they are not, that is equally respected. You are always in control of your experience.

Yes. We understand this is important for many of our clients. You can filter practitioners by gender on our team page, or let us know your preference when booking a consultation.

Sessions take place via secure video call from wherever you feel most comfortable. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.

The free consultation is an introductory conversation where we discuss your needs, answer any questions, and help you find the right support. It does not include therapy or counselling  it’s simply a chance to see if we’re the right fit.

After your free 20-minute consultation, your practitioner will recommend a support plan tailored to your needs. You can then book regular sessions at a pace that works for you  there is no obligation to continue.

No. You do not need a diagnosis or referral to access our services. Whether you’re experiencing a specific difficulty or simply want to improve your wellbeing, you are welcome to get in touch.
